Yoganand Nayak

Yoganand, an Indian national aged 44, joined Scicom in January 2011 as Manager – PMO. Within a few years, he progressed through senior roles spanning project management, Management Information Systems (MIS) and operations, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President – Edu Gov-Tech Solutions in recognition of his leadership and delivery track record.

In his current role, Yoganand oversees the operations of Scicom’s education and government technology solutions business, including the delivery of large-scale Gov-Tech projects. He is responsible for service delivery, operational excellence, stakeholder and vendor management, compliance, and the continuous improvement of processes across high-volume government service environments. He also plays a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that operations remain efficient, scalable and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

Yoganand has over 20 years of experience across Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, Management Information Systems (MIS) and operations management. Before joining Scicom, he served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he gained extensive experience in process governance, reporting and operational management within a global financial services environment.

Yoganand holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is also professionally certified in agile product ownership (CSPO) and IT service management (ITIL).
