Shanti Jacqueline Jeya Raj

Shanti Jacqueline Jeya Raj, a Malaysian aged 60, joined Scicom in January 2000, progressing from Customer Relationship Executive to lead the Group’s training and customer experience functions. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in July 2008.

She oversees human resources, learning and development and quality initiatives, ensuring ISO and SCP compliance. Prior to Scicom she spent 13 years at multinationals in marketing, training and client services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, a Diploma in Public Relations and a Certified Support Professional designation.
