1. About these Terms

2. 1.2The Site is owned and operated by Scicom (MSC) Berhad (Registration No. 200201029763 (597426-H)) ("SCICOM", "we", "us" or "our"). References to the "Scicom Group" mean SCICOM and its subsidiaries from time to time.
3. 1.3Certain portals, applications, platforms or services accessible through or linked from the Site, including recruitment or careers platforms, may be operated separately or subject to additional terms, privacy notices or other policies. Those additional terms or policies will apply to the relevant service to the extent applicable.

2. Use of the Site and Intellectual Property

1. 2.1You may use the Site for lawful personal, informational and legitimate business purposes. You may print or download reasonable extracts of publicly available materials for your own personal or internal business use, provided that you do not modify them or remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice.
2. 2.2Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents, including text, documents, photographs, graphics, images, video, audio, software, page layouts, trademarks and logos, are owned by or licensed to SCICOM, another member of the Scicom Group or the relevant third-party rights owner.
3. 2.3Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, frame, commercially exploit, sell, license or otherwise use any part of the Site or its contents without the prior written permission of SCICOM or the relevant rights owner.

3. Investor Relations and Financial Information

1. 3.1The Site may contain financial results, annual and interim reports, financial statements, share prices and other market data, investor presentations and briefings, announcements and regulatory filings, shareholder and dividend information, circulars and general meeting materials, historical financial data, webcasts, media or analyst coverage and other investor-relations materials ("Investor Information"). Investor Information is provided for general information and convenience only and should be read together with the complete official source documents to which it relates.
2. 3.2Nothing on the Site, including any Investor Information, constitutes or forms part of a prospectus, offering document, offer, invitation, solicitation, inducement or recommendation to subscribe for, purchase, sell, hold or otherwise deal in any securities of SCICOM or any other person. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Users should make their own independent assessment and obtain appropriate professional advice before making any investment or financial decision.
3. 3.3Any summary, highlight, chart, graph, ratio, extracted financial figure or historical comparison on the Site is provided for convenience and may not contain all material information. If there is any inconsistency with the relevant official Bursa Malaysia announcement, filing, financial report or other source document, the official source document will prevail.

4. Share Price and Market Information

1. 4.1The Site may display SCICOM share prices and related trading data, charts, statistics or other market information ("Market Information"). Market Information is provided for general information only.
2. 4.2Unless expressly stated otherwise, Market Information is not real-time. Where the Site states that prices are delayed by fifteen (15) minutes, the displayed information is delayed by at least fifteen (15) minutes and may be subject to additional transmission or processing delays. Users should refer to the timestamp and any delay notice displayed with the Market Information.
3. 4.3A price displayed on the Site is not an executable or guaranteed market price and may differ from the price available when a transaction is entered into. Market Information is not intended for order execution, trading or transaction-confirmation purposes.
4. 4.4Market Information may be supplied by Bursa Malaysia and/or third-party market-data or investor-relations service providers. Such information may be reproduced from automated feeds and may not be independently verified by SCICOM before display. It remains subject to the intellectual property, licensing, attribution and other rights of the relevant provider or source.
5. 4.5SCICOM does not warrant that Market Information is accurate, complete, current, timely, sequential, available, uninterrupted or free from errors, delays or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCICOM, Bursa Malaysia and any applicable source information provider accept no liability for any claim, loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Market Information displayed on the Site or its use, including any error, omission, inaccuracy, delay, interruption, transmission failure, unavailability or reliance on Market Information, including any investment or trading decision made in reliance on it.
6. 4.6You must not store, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, redistribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit Market Information except for your own personal and non-commercial use or with the prior written permission of SCICOM and, where applicable, the relevant data provider or rights owner. Any provider-specific attribution, copyright notice, disclaimer or other notice displayed with the Market Information forms part of these Terms and must not be removed or altered.
7. 4.7Official announcements and disclosures released by SCICOM through Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad are the authoritative source of SCICOM's regulatory announcements. If information on the Site differs from the corresponding official Bursa Malaysia announcement or filing, the official announcement or filing will prevail.

5. Investor Alerts

1. 5.1The Site may allow users to subscribe to email or other notifications relating to announcements, financial results, annual reports, press releases or other corporate information ("Investor Alerts"). Investor Alerts are provided solely as a convenience and do not constitute SCICOM's official means of making disclosures to the market.
2. 5.2SCICOM does not warrant that any Investor Alert will be delivered, received or delivered without delay, interruption or error. Users must not rely on Investor Alerts as the sole means of obtaining information concerning SCICOM and should verify regulatory announcements through Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Nothing in an Investor Alert constitutes investment advice or an offer, invitation, solicitation, inducement or recommendation to deal in SCICOM securities.
3. 5.3Personal data provided for Investor Alerts will be processed in accordance with SCICOM's Privacy Notice. Users may unsubscribe from Investor Alerts using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant communication or such other means made available by SCICOM.

6. AI and Automated Features

1. 6.1The Site may include artificial intelligence, automated, conversational or voice-enabled features, including SCICOM's virtual assistant ("AI Features"). Where applicable, users will be interacting with an automated system rather than a human representative. AI Features are provided for general informational and navigational purposes only.
2. 6.2Responses generated through AI Features may be automated and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information. SCICOM does not warrant that such responses are accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. Users should independently verify information that is material to any decision or action.
3. 6.3No response or communication generated through an AI Feature constitutes legal, financial, investment or other professional advice; an offer, acceptance, representation, warranty or contractual commitment by SCICOM; an amendment to any agreement; or an official announcement, disclosure or statement by SCICOM.
4. 6.4You must not submit confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, security-sensitive or sensitive personal data through an AI Feature unless expressly requested by SCICOM through that feature for the relevant purpose.

7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Content

1. 7.1The Site may contain links to, embed content from, or use services, widgets, application programming interfaces or feeds provided by third parties. SCICOM does not control such third-party websites, services or content, and their inclusion does not constitute endorsement or approval by SCICOM.
2. 7.2Your access to or use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices and other policies imposed by the relevant third party.

8. Privacy, Communications and Submissions

1. 8.1Personal data collected through or in connection with the Site, including through online forms, Investor Alerts, AI Features and other website functionality, will be processed in accordance with SCICOM's Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws. The Site may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in SCICOM's Cookie Notice. You should review the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice to understand how SCICOM collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal data and information obtained through the Site.
2. 8.2If you contact SCICOM through the Site, by email or through an online form, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. General website enquiry channels are not intended for confidential, privileged or commercially sensitive information unless SCICOM has expressly agreed otherwise. Any separately agreed confidentiality obligation will continue to apply.

9. Prohibited Conduct

1. 9.1You must not misuse the Site or use it unlawfully, fraudulently or in a manner that infringes the rights of SCICOM or any third party. In particular, you must not:
   1. (a)attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or impair the Site or any connected server, system, database or network;
   2. (b)introduce viruses, malware, malicious code or other harmful material;
   3. (c)impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority; or
   4. (d)use bots, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools or similar automated means to systematically extract, harvest, copy or monitor Site content or Market Information without prior written permission, except for bona fide search-engine indexing of publicly accessible webpages.
2. 9.2SCICOM may restrict, suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the Site, SCICOM, the Scicom Group, users or third parties.

10. Availability, Accuracy and Disclaimer

1. 10.1SCICOM uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and current. However, information may contain errors or omissions or become outdated, and transmission or display may be affected by technical or other factors. SCICOM may update, correct, modify, suspend or remove information without prior notice, subject to its obligations under applicable law and regulatory requirements.
2. 10.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representation, warranty, condition or guarantee, whether express, implied or statutory, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, security, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or non-infringement. Users are responsible for independently verifying any information on the Site before relying on it for any material decision or action.
3. 10.3SCICOM does not warrant that the Site or any feature or service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, viruses, malware or other harmful components. 4. 10.4Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies SCICOM's obligations under applicable law, the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad or any other applicable regulatory requirement, including SCICOM's obligations in relation to the accuracy, completeness and timely disclosure of information required to be disclosed to the market.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. 11.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCICOM, the Scicom Group and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with any reliance on information, content or AI-generated responses available through the Site, or for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or use, arising out of or in connection with the Site, its contents, any third-party service or content, any Market Information, or your use of or inability to use any of them.
2. 11.2Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

1. 12.1SCICOM may suspend, withdraw, replace or change all or any part of the Site for operational, security, maintenance, legal, regulatory or business reasons. SCICOM may also revise these Terms by publishing the updated version on the Site. The "Last updated" date indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

13. General

1. 13.1If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if that is not possible, severed, without affecting the remaining provisions. A failure or delay by SCICOM to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. 14.1These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Site or its use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law, the courts of Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
