Nithiya Nadesan

Nithiya Nadesan, a Malaysian aged 53, joined Scicom in March 2026 as Senior Vice President – Digital Enterprise Solutions. She brings 30 years of experience in relationship management, commercial leadership and business growth, gained through a career spanning the banking and financial services industry.

Prior to joining Scicom, Nithiya spent her career with HSBC, where she progressed through senior relationship and leadership roles, culminating as Senior Director. In that capacity, she led a nationwide team of senior relationship professionals, managed ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios and collaborated with corporate clients on strategic business initiatives. She was consistently recognised as a top performer and revenue contributor, receiving multiple regional and global performance awards.

At Scicom, Nithiya leads the Digital Enterprise Solutions business, with a focus on originating strategic business opportunities, building high-value partnerships and expanding Scicom’s engagement across corporate and public-sector ecosystems. She brings together deep commercial insight, relationship expertise and technology acumen to translate complex business needs into digital solutions that deliver measurable and sustainable value.

Nithiya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
