Shefeeque Abdul Rahman

Shefeeque, an Indian national, joined Scicom as Senior Vice President – AI Enterprise Solutions. With over 20 years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, digital transformation, software services, IT service management, business process transformation and operations, he has worked across a broad range of technology and business transformation initiatives.

His experience in AI includes enterprise AI strategy and transformation, intelligent automation, AI-enabled customer experience, data and analytics, AI integration and process optimisation. He has worked with senior leadership teams and organisations to assess technology and AI requirements, integrate emerging technologies with existing enterprise environments, and support the implementation of technology-enabled business solutions across multiple industries and international markets.

Throughout his career, Shefeeque has held leadership and advisory responsibilities covering technology, operations, project and programme management, process improvement, and large-scale transformation programmes. His industry experience includes software services, telecommunications, financial services, airlines, education, government, food and beverage, and other technology-enabled sectors.

Shefeeque holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Kannur University, India. In 2001, he received a national level award for the Best Technical Thesis Paper for his work on Cryptographic Systems.
