Manoharan Vignarajah

Manoharan, a Sri Lankan aged 50, joined Scicom in May 2018 and currently serves as Senior Vice President – Gov-Tech and Enterprise Solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, he has extensive expertise in solution architecture, digital transformation, enterprise application development, systems integration, and the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical technology solutions.

Throughout his career, Manoharan has played key leadership roles in major technology transformation programmes across multiple countries. His experience includes delivering complex solutions for government agencies and international organisations in immigration and border management, identity and biometric systems, e-Government, customs and trade facilitation, e-commerce, and general insurance solutions.

At Scicom, he provides strategic and technology leadership for the Gov-Tech and Enterprise Solutions business, overseeing enterprise-scale digital solutions from architecture through implementation. He has led major digitalisation initiatives while building and mentoring multidisciplinary technology teams and engaging closely with customers and key stakeholders.

Manoharan holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, and an MBA in Management of Technology from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
