Abhishek Bajpai

With over 25 years of experience in the BPO and customer experience industry, including 20 years in senior leadership positions, Abhishek is a seasoned business leader with expertise in managing operations for large multinational clients, PMO, business transformation, workforce management, client management and P&L leadership.

Prior to joining Scicom, he built his career with leading global organisations including GE Capital, Convergys and American Express in India, gaining extensive experience in large scale operations, customer experience and business management.

As Senior Vice President – Operations, PMO & Planning at Scicom, he provides strategic leadership across CLM operations, business planning and organisational performance. He works closely with senior leadership and clients to drive operational excellence, sustainable growth, business transformation and consistently strong customer outcomes.

Abhishek is a graduate of Bangalore University and also holds a Level 6 Diploma in Business Administration from the United Kingdom.
