Further to our announcements dated 25 February 2020, 2 March 2020, 6 March 2020 and 27 July 2020 in relation to the Writ served to Scicom (MSC) Berhad (the “Company”) by Education Malaysia Global Services ("EMGS"), the Company wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has in Civil Appeal No. W-02(IM)(NCvC)-913-07/2020, this morning granted the Company a stay of proceedings pending disposal of its appeal against the decision of the High Court of 27 July 2020.
