Executive –Customer Service (English, Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin and Cantonese Language Support)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

The Executive – Customer Service will be required to manage incoming calls, emails and social media enquiries from customers pertaining to a USA product: BBQ grillers and related products and services.The position will require you to support the contact centre in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
  • Diploma /Degree in any discipline 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Work Days: Monday- Friday and 1 Saturday per month; Sundays off day
  • Working hours: 10am -7pm
