Executive – Telesales (3 months)

Kuala Lumpur
  • To assist customers with general enquiries and upsell the products and services.

  • Update customers’ details in CRM.

  • Undertake tasks as requested by Line Manager.

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma /Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

  • A good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-tasks and meet the timelines.

  • Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team.

  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented player with good interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Work Days    : Monday - Friday

  • Work Hours  : 9am-6pm
